Dental Implants

When it comes to the replacement of missing teeth, there is no greater solution than the dental implant. While it is true that no restoration will be as strong and dependable as your natural teeth, implants are the next best thing.

It is no surprise that losing teeth can be a stressful experience. The impact on your health, comfort, and confidence that comes along with tooth loss can be outright frightening.

At Signature Dental Care of Murrieta, we take the concerns of our patients seriously. We know how difficult it can be to deal with unwanted gaps in your smile. That’s why we not only offer dental implants to our qualified patients, but we can plan and perform the procedure in such a way that you can have your teeth extracted and walk out with your new implants on the same day.

One Day Dentistry

At Signature Dental Care, our team puts patients first. We are emotionally invested in the health and well-being of our patients, from the moment they walk through our door until the leave with a happy, healthy smile.

In many cases, getting dental implants can be a long process. For most people, single implants can take around six months to fully heal, during which time you must live with the gap in your smile or less ideal solutions. However, for full dental replacement, our all-on-four procedure can give you a whole new smile in just one visit.

Our surgeon extracts the remaining teeth and places the four supporting implants at the same time. After surgery, your implants are fitted with temporary prosthetics that will be replaced with permanent restoration roughly six months later, when the gums are fully healed and the implants have completely bonded to the bone.

The Benefits of Implants over Traditional Restorations

While traditional options for replacing teeth, such as bridges and partial dentures, get the job done, they simply cannot match the strength and stability of dental implants.

The number one benefit of the implant is that it performs the same functions as a natural root. Not only does it support your new prosthetic, it returns the full strength of your bite while also stimulating the supporting bone, preventing accelerated resorption.
